I like the role editor and it does almost everything i want.
But i wonder how i can give people (contributor) the rights to preview other peoples posts that are scheduled.
and idea's ??

User Role Editor can not help you with this as WordPress has not such capability. As we can see at wordpress.org forums often - 'it is a plugin territory'. I think it is possible to realize with custom plugin developed especially for your task.
